Ginger Apple cookies for Dogs

INGREDIENTS
1 c brown rice or wheat flour, your preference
1/2 c diced apple
2/3 c plain Greek yogurt
1/2 t fresh minced ginger OR 1 t ground ginger
1 T coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
3) Turn mixture out on a floured flat surface and roll out to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
4) Cut into shape using cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. If you don't want to use cookie cutters, simply make small dough balls.
5) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
6) Store uneaten cookies in a cute treat jar for up to one week.

Apple Cake

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 medium Gala or Fuji or Honey Crisp apples
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Peel and slice the apples and add to mixture in bowl (coating as you go to keep apples from turning brown.) 
Mix together the baking powder and flour and add to the ingredients in the bowl. Mix well (best with a fork) until all of the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients. 
Pour mixture into a greased one 9x13 or two 9″ round pans. Bake for approximately 55 minutes.

Mancare de Varza

Ingrediente:
- o varza mica
- 1 ardei gras
- 4 rosii mari
- 1 ceapa rosie
- sare, piper
- 2 linguri bulion
- 50 ml ulei
- marar, patrunjel verde
Preparare:
Varza se curata de frunzele vestede si se taie fideluta, cu un cutit bine ascutit, in asa fel incat sa fie cat mai subtire. Se presara cu sare si se lasa circa o jumatate de ora, dupa care se freaca cu mana si se stoarce de zeama. Intre timp ceapa se taie solzisori si se pune in ulei la calit. Ardeiul se taie cubulete si se adauga peste ceapa atunci cand aceasta incepe sa prinda culoare. Rosiile se dau pe razatoarea mare pentru a scapa de pielita si a ramane cu un suc de rosii proaspat pe care il vom adauga in cratita peste ceapa si ardei amestecand sa nu se prinda.Stoarcem varza bine si o adaugam in cratita amestecand. Dupa cateva minute adaugam 2 cani de apa si lasam sa fiarba. 

Cand varza incepe sa se inmoaie adaugam  lingurile de bulion , amestecam si continuam fierberea. Dupa ce a fiert varza si apa a scazut adaugam verdeturile tocate, sare si piper dupa gust. Mai lasam cateva minute focul pornit apoi il oprim si acoperim cu un capac...gata...numai pofta sa aveti...laaa masaaa!!!
